How we bargain for you

- The price. We compare it against other projects and what the area is really selling for, then push the builder for the best price we can get.
- The payment plan. Construction-linked payments and a lower booking amount where the builder allows it — so your money isn't locked up early.
- The extras that add up. Car parking, floor-rise and preferred-location charges, clubhouse and legal fees — these can often be negotiated, and we ask every time.
- Every genuine offer. Launch, festive and end-of-quarter offers: we tell you what's running, and when waiting could get you a better deal.
- Until you find your home. No pressure and no deadline. We keep going until you find the right home — or tell you honestly to walk away.
