Everything on the site — project details, market data, price trends, articles and the results of our tools — is general information to help you research. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice, and it isn't an offer to sell any property.

Project details come from builders, TG-RERA filings and public sources, and can change without notice. Prices are set by builders; where we don't have a current price sheet we show “price on request”. Photos of under-construction projects are artist's impressions. Before booking, always verify the project on the Telangana RERA portal, confirm the latest price with the builder, and read your agreement.

Our market figures are based on a tracked sample of projects and on published indices, with sources shown on each page. Commute times from our tools are estimates, not live traffic. They're there to help you compare, not to predict any future price.

Our free tools, articles and project reviews are provided as-is. A review is our honest opinion on the date we made it, not a guarantee. Our paid services — the strategy call and the full project report — are governed by our Refund Policy. When you buy a property through us, the sale itself is between you and the builder or seller; we act on your side in finding, checking and negotiating it, working with our TG-RERA registered agent. We never guarantee a particular price or discount.

When you share your details, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, as described at the point you submit them. How we collect, use and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't copy the site's content or data in bulk, misuse our forms, or try to disrupt the site. Our own text, data compilations and design belong to us; project names, logos and renders belong to their owners.

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we can't promise it's always complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from relying on the site's information without verifying it.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
