Refund Policy

If you book a property through Homy Realty Consulting and our registered real estate agent within 6 months of your consultation, we refund the full ₹1,499.

Message us once your booking is made, with proof of booking (for example, the booking receipt or allotment letter).

If you're not satisfied with the consultation, tell us within 7 days of the call and we refund ₹750. No lengthy justification needed — a short note on what fell short helps us improve.

If you later book through us within the 6-month window, we refund the remaining balance, so you get the full ₹1,499 back in total.

If you cancel before your call starts, or if we have to cancel and can't find a time that works for you, we refund the full ₹1,499.

Refunds are paid by UPI to the account you paid from, within 7 working days of approval. Each consultation is refunded at most once in total — never more than the ₹1,499 you paid.

Message us on WhatsApp, or email hello@homyrealty.com, with your name, the date of your call and your payment reference. Request a refund on WhatsApp.

Full refund when you buy through us: if you book a property through Homy Realty Consulting and our registered real estate agent within 6 months of receiving your report — the project we reviewed or any other — we refund the full ₹999.

Cancellations: if you cancel before our site visit, or if we can't complete the review (for example, we can't get access to the site), we refund the full ₹999.

Refunds are paid by UPI within 7 working days of approval, at most once per report. Ask on WhatsApp as in section 5, with the project name and your payment reference.
