What does Homy Realty actually do?
We're a Hyderabad real estate consultancy. We learn what you need — budget, commute, family, what matters most — find homes that genuinely fit, check the project for you, and then bargain with the builder on price, payment plan and extras until you find your home.
Are the homes on your site paid listings?
No. The homes we show are some of our best choices, and none of them are paid placements — they're samples of how we evaluate a property: location and commute, density, water supply, power backup and running costs, the neighbourhood, lifts per flat, the builder's record and more. Tell us what you need and we'll shortlist the few worth visiting, so you don't have to tour 100 projects. Builders can ask us to review a project, but they can't pay for a review or a listing.
How do you get paid?
When you buy a home through us, we earn a commission, handled through our TG-RERA registered agent. Our paid strategy call is separate, and it's refunded in full if you buy through us. We'll always tell you how we're paid before you commit to anything.
Will you share my phone number with other agents?
No. Your details stay with our own small team — no lead is ever sold or passed to other agents. See our privacy policy for exactly what we keep and why.
Are the quiz and the project check really free?
Yes. Find my area, the quick project check, the rent vs buy calculator, our articles and the market data cost nothing, and you don't need to sign up to use them.
What's in the paid full project report?
Everything in the free quick check, plus a site visit (water, power, lifts, surroundings), a look at the documents (title, approvals, the delay clause) and a written report with photos and what to negotiate. It's ₹999 — refunded in full if you book through us within 6 months. Builders are never charged for a review. Request one.
What do I get on the paid strategy call?
A 30–45 minutes one-on-one call: we sharpen your brief, shortlist areas and projects (including what to avoid), check up to two projects you're considering, and walk through the real total cost. It's ₹1,499 — refunded in full if you buy through us within 6 months, and ₹750 back if you're not satisfied. Details.
Can you guarantee a discount?
No one honestly can — builders set their own prices. What we promise is to push for the best price, payment plan and extras we can get, every time. How we bargain for you.
What is the booking bonus?
When you buy through us, we add a thank-you bonus after your booking. It applies where the builder's terms allow it, and we confirm the details on your call before you book.
How do I check a project's RERA registration?
Every project we list shows its TG-RERA number. You can look it up yourself on the Telangana RERA portal to see the registered completion date and approvals — the legally binding date, not the brochure's. We check this for you when you ask us to review a project.
Are the prices on your site final?
Prices are set by builders and change. Where we don't have a current price sheet, we show "price on request" rather than guess. Always confirm the latest price, and read your agreement, before booking.
Do you only help with homes you list?
No. Found a project somewhere else? Ask us to review it — free. You get our honest verdict, we help you negotiate if you go ahead, and if it meets the Homy Standard we add it to our list.
