Every project we list has been checked on these 8 points. A project that passes all of them shows a “Meets the Homy Standard” badge with the date we reviewed it.

  • Builder's delivery recordRecent projects handed over close to the promised date.
  • Clear title and approvalsLand title and HMDA / GHMC approvals in order.

For builders and developers

  • Reviews are free, and listings can't be bought. We never take money for a review, a listing or a better position — that's what makes our list worth being on.
  • We review against the same Homy Standard as every other project, and share what we find with you.
  • The paid full report is for home buyers only. Builders are never charged.
  • If the project meets it, we list it with its TG-RERA number and our reviewed badge.
