Why Kokapet?
Location. Kokapet sits right next to the Financial District and along the Outer Ring Road, so offices, the airport and the western IT belt are all within reach. Developers pay for land where they know buyers want to live.
What it doesn't mean
- Land records aren't flat prices. A record auction tells you what developers expect to charge in future — not what your flat will be worth next year.
